Due to the type of products we sell, we only accept returns for damaged or defective products.
This does not include damage to boxes or packaging, only to the products themselves.
Products must be returned within 30 days of your order date.

Right Side Reserve, LLC does not allow order cancellations. We do our best to help our customers, but orders are often fulfilled and shipped prior to a cancellation request.
By placing an order with Right Side Reserve, LLC, you agree to accept delivery of your order at the shipping address designated at checkout. If you fail or refuse to accept delivery of your order, then you will forfeit the full purchase amount, including all taxes and shipping fees, and be charged for the cost of shipping the order back to our warehouse. To be clear, you will not receive a refund if you fail or refuse to accept delivery of your order.
